Dow Alberta Operations in Fort Saskatchewan, Alberta, is seeking Industrial Equipment Operators to support our Hydrocarbons, Solution Polyethylene, Gas Phase Polyethylene, and Power & Utilities facilities. You will monitor plant performance, perform field checks, and help prepare machinery for maintenance.

Join a team focused on safety and operational excellence, with 12-hour rotating shifts during commissioning (late 2026) and a multi-year day-shift training program to develop 3rd/4th class

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Progressing toward ABSA 4th class certification or higher.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• A current and valid Canadian Drivers License.
• Eligible to work legally in Canada (no visa support available).

Responsibilities

• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize plant operations across multiple process areas.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain safety and operational efficiency compliant with Environmental, Health, and Safety standards.
• Travel may be required for specialized training and certification opportunities.
