Prime Controls, L.P. in the United States seeks a QA/QC Field Inspector to perform quality inspections of field-installed instrumentation devices, fabricated instrument and control panels, following NEC, UL 508A & 698A standards and project drawings.

You will develop written reports, communicate findings to the team, verify BOMs, test components, and ensure safety rules are followed on site. Requires 5+ years’ experience and a State Journeyman license.

Formación

• Associate degree in electrical technology or equivalent.
• 5+ years of field QA/QC or related experience.
• State Journeyman License required or equivalent.
• Ability to power and test 120 VAC, 24 VDC, and 480 V systems.
• Experience with control panels and wiring in commercial settings.

Responsabilidades

• Perform inspections and testing of field-installed instrumentation and control panels.
• Develop reports outlining opportunities for improvement based on findings.
• Communicate findings to team to drive corrective actions.
• Verify BOMs and ensure correct wiring and tagging.
• Adhere to NEC, UL 508A & UL 698A and safety regulations.
