Job summary

S&ME is seeking a Practice Leader for Industrial & Data Centers to drive growth within the organization's footprint. Flexible location within S&ME offices enables leadership of client engagements and project delivery across civil, environmental, geotechnical services and construction materials testing.

The role requires 10+ years in leadership, a strong network in industrial/data center markets, and a proven track record of winning and delivering for multiple clients. PE/PG is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years in project, program, or market leadership within Industrial/Data Centers.
• Proven revenue growth and client-relations success in industrial sectors.
• Strong network in industrial/data center markets and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic growth plan for Industrial/Data Centers.
• Build and grow key client relationships at multiple levels.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams delivering high‑quality geotechnical, environmental, civil services.
• Drive excellence with safety, quality, and client satisfaction.
