S&ME Inc. is seeking a Practice Leader for Industrial & Data Centers to drive growth and market expansion across the organization. The role focuses on revenue growth, client partnerships, and team leadership in a high-demand market.

Based in a flexible location, you will lead multidisciplinary teams and build capabilities to scale services in environmental, civil, geotechnical engineering, and construction materials testing. Senior leadership experience is required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in project/program or market leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic growth plan for the Industrial/Data Centers market that aligns with company initiatives and goals.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve and exceed revenue targets within the market for core services (environmental, civil, geotechnical engineering, construction materials testing, and special inspections).
• Establish and grow key client relationships at local, regional, and national levels; collaborate with local operations to expand existing client relationships.
