Job summary

S&ME is seeking a Practice Leader for Industrial & Data Centers to drive growth across the organization. Flexible location within the S&ME footprint; based near any office. Lead market expansion, build client partnerships, and mentor high‑performing teams to deliver core environmental, civil, geotechnical services and testing.

The role focuses on growing revenue, expanding relationships, and staying ahead of market trends while delivering quality and safety across projects.

Qualifications

Proven success driving revenue growth in Industrial/Data Centers or similar markets.
Strong network and client relationships within industrial sectors.
10+ years in project, program, or market leadership roles.
Track record of winning and delivering opportunities for multiple clients.
Professional licensure (PE/PG or equivalent) is a plus.
PMP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a strategic growth plan for the Industrial/Data Centers market.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to meet revenue targets.
Establish and grow key client relationships at local, regional, and national levels.
Lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver high‑quality solutions and grow the practice.
