Job summary

S&ME Inc. is seeking a Practice Leader to drive growth in the Industrial and Data Centers market across the organization.

The role focuses on developing growth strategies, expanding client relationships, and leading multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality geotechnical, environmental, civil, and construction materials testing services. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in revenue growth within the sector, a robust network of industry relationships, and 10+ years in

Qualifications

Proven success driving revenue growth in core services (geotechnical, environmental, civil and construction materials testing) within Industrial/Data Centers or similar markets.
Strong network and client relationships within the industrial/data center industry.
10+ years of progressive experience in project/program or market leadership roles.
Track record of winning and delivering opportunities for multiple clients within Industrial/Data Center market.
Licensure (PE/PG or equivalent) is a plus.
PMP is a plus.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a strategic growth plan for the Industrial/Data Centers market aligned with company goals.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve revenue targets.
Establish and grow key client relationships at local, regional, and national levels.
Collaborate with operations to expand existing client relationships and scale capabilities.
Lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality solutions and foster collaboration.
