Job summary

S&ME is seeking a Practice Leader for Industrial & Data Centers to drive growth, build strategic client partnerships, and lead high-performing teams across environmental, civil, geotechnical engineering, and construction materials testing services. This senior role focuses on expanding market presence, winning new business, and delivering exceptional client experiences.

The role is full-time, with flexible location within the S&ME footprint.

Qualifications

Proven track record of winning and delivering opportunities for multiple clients within Industrial/Data Center markets.
Strong client relationships within industrial/data center sectors.
10+ years in project/program or market leadership roles.
Licensure such as PE/PG is a plus; PMP is a plus.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a strategic growth plan for Industrial/Data Centers aligned with company goals.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to meet revenue targets for core services.
Establish and grow key client relationships at local, regional, and national levels.
Collaborate with operations to expand existing client relationships; leverage network to position S&ME as a trusted partner.
Mentor multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality solutions; foster collaboration and accountability.
Ensure projects focus on safety, quality, and client satisfaction; stay ahead of market trends.
