Job summary

S&ME is seeking a Practice Leader to grow and lead our Industrial & Data Centers market presence across the organization. This leadership role focuses on expanding revenue, building strong client partnerships, and developing high-performing teams.

The role sits within our Growth Team, leveraging a lifecycle service mix of environmental, civil, geotechnical engineering, and construction materials testing to support industrial and private clients. Flexible location within the S&ME footprint.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in project, program, or market leadership roles.
• Proven ability to win and deliver opportunities in Industrial/Data Center markets.
• PMI PMP certification is a plus.
• Professional licensure (PE/PG or equivalent) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic growth plan for Industrial/Data Centers that aligns with company goals.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue within the market for core services.
• Establish and grow key client relationships at local, regional, and national levels.
• Collaborate with internal operations and expand existing client relationships.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality solutions and foster growth.
