S&ME Inc. is seeking a Practice Leader to expand and lead our Industrial & Data Centers market presence. The role focuses on driving revenue, developing client partnerships, and building high-performing teams across the organization.

Flexible location within S&ME footprint; the candidate will shape strategy, lead growth initiatives, and collaborate with operations to deliver engineering and testing services for industrial and data center clients.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in project/program or market leadership roles.
• Proven track record of winning and delivering opportunities for multiple clients in Industrial/Data Center markets.
• Professional licensure (PE/PG) or PMP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic growth plan for the Industrial/Data Centers market that aligns with company initiatives and goals.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve revenue targets within the market for our services.
• Establish and grow key client relationships at local, regional, and national levels.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Foster collaboration, accountability, and growth within teams.
• Ensure projects are executed with focus on quality, safety, and client satisfaction.
