Job summary

S&ME is seeking a motivated Practice Leader to expand and lead our Industrial & Data Centers growth. Flexible within the S&ME footprint, you'll shape our presence by driving new revenue, building client partnerships, and developing high-performing teams.

You will develop a strategic growth plan, pursue new opportunities, and collaborate with operations to deliver our environmental, civil, geotechnical engineering and testing services for industrial and data center clients.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in project/program or market leadership roles.
• Proven track record of winning and delivering opportunities within Industrial and Data Center markets.
• Licensure: PE/PG or equivalent is a plus.
• PMP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive Growth and Market Expansion.
• Develop and execute a strategic growth plan for Industrial/Data Centers that aligns with company goals.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve revenue targets in core services.
• Establish and grow key client relationships at local, regional, and national levels.
• Collaborate with operations to expand client relationships and scale capabilities.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality solutions and foster a culture of collaboration.
