Job summary

S&M E is seeking a motivated Practice Leader to drive growth and leadership in the Industrial & Data Centers market. You will shape strategy, expand client partnerships, and build high-performing teams across our environmental, civil, geotechnical, and testing service lines.

Based in the U.S. with flexible location within the S&M E footprint, you will lead revenue initiatives, mentor multidisciplinary teams, and ensure project excellence with a focus on safety and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven success driving revenue growth of core services within Industrial, Data Centers, or similar markets.
• Strong network and client relationships within the industrial and/or data center industry.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in project/program or market leadership roles.
• Proven track record of winning and delivering opportunities for multiple clients within Industrial/Data Center markets.
• PMI PMP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive Growth and Market Expansion by developing and executing a strategic growth plan for Industrial/Data Centers.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve revenue targets across services.
• Build Relationships that Matter with local, regional, and national clients.
• Lead, Build, and Inspire multidisciplinary teams to scale capabilities and resources.
• Deliver Excellence with focus on quality, safety, and client satisfaction.
