Qualifications

• 10+ years in project/program or market leadership roles.
• Proven track record of winning and delivering opportunities in Industrial/Data Center market.
• Professional licensure (PE/PG) is a plus; PMP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive Growth and Market Expansion: develop and execute a strategic growth plan for Industrial/Data Centers; identify and pursue new opportunities to meet revenue targets across services.
• Build Relationships that Matter: establish and grow client relationships at local, regional, and national levels; expand existing client relationships; position S&ME as a trusted partner.
• Lead, Build, and Inspire Teams: partner with leaders to build teams and resources to scale; mentor multidisciplinary teams; foster collaboration and growth.
• Deliver Excellence: ensure projects meet quality, safety, and client satisfaction; stay ahead of market trends; champion innovation and continuous improvement.
