S&ME, Inc. is seeking an entrepreneurial Practice Leader for the Industrial & Data Centers market. Flexible within the S&ME footprint, you will shape growth, expand client relationships, and guide business development while building high-performing teams across the organization.

You will drive strategy, manage partnerships, mentor multidisciplinary teams, and deliver solutions that ensure safety, quality, and client satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in project/program or market leadership roles.
• Proven success driving revenue growth in Industrial/Data Centers or similar markets.
• Strong network and client relationships within the industrial and/or data center industry.
• Professional licensure (PE/PG) is a plus; PMP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive Growth and Market Expansion by developing a strategic growth plan for the Industrial/Data Centers market and pursuing new opportunities within core services.
• Build Relationships that Matter by growing key client relationships at local, regional, and national levels.
