Job summary

S&ME is seeking a Practice Leader for Industrial & Data Centers to drive growth and market leadership. This senior role will shape strategy, build trusted client relationships, and lead multidisciplinary teams across our environmental, civil, and geotechnical service lines.

The position emphasizes growth, client success, and operational excellence. Based in the US with flexible footprint, the role leads with integrity and safety, delivering high-impact projects and expanding our market presence

Qualifications

Proven track record driving revenue growth in Industrial, Data Centers, or related markets.
Strong network of client relationships at local to national levels.
10+ years in project/program or market leadership roles.
History of winning and delivering opportunities across multiple clients.
Professional licensure (PE/PG) is a plus.
PMP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a strategic growth plan for Industrial/Data Centers.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to exceed revenue targets.
Establish and grow key client relationships regionally and nationally.
Lead multidisciplinary teams to scale capabilities and deliver high-quality solutions.
Drive a culture of collaboration, safety, and continuous improvement.
