This leadership role emphasizes building teams, guiding business development, and delivering high-quality engineering and testing services across the organization. The role is flexible within the S&ME footprint, offering career growth, ESOP ownership, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in project/program or market leadership roles.
• Proven success driving revenue growth in Industrial, Data Centers, or related markets.
• Strong network and client relationships within industrial and/or data center sectors.
• Professional licensure (PE/PG or equivalent) is a plus.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) is a plus.
