S&ME is seeking an entrepreneurial Practice Leader to accelerate growth in our Industrial & Data Centers market. You will shape strategy, pursue new business opportunities, expand client relationships, and lead high-performing teams delivering geotechnical, environmental, civil, and testing services.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in project/program or market leadership roles
• Proven track record of winning and delivering opportunities within Industrial, Data Centers, or similar markets
• Strong network and client relationships within industrial/data center sectors
• Relevant professional licensure (PE/PG) is a plus
• Project Management Professional (PMP) is a plus

Responsibilities

• Drive growth and market expansion for the Industrial/Data Centers market by developing and executing a strategic growth plan
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve revenue targets across core services (environmental, civil, geotechnical engineering, and testing)
• Establish and grow key client relationships at local, regional, and national levels
• Collaborate with operations to scale teams and resources; mentor multidisciplinary teams
• Deliver high-quality solutions with emphasis on safety, client satisfaction, and continuous improvement
