LGG INDUSTRIAL is seeking a Customer Sales and Service Representative in Corpus Christi, TX. You will support Branch Managers and Sales Reps, handle inquiries, generate quotes, and help meet branch growth targets.

The role requires strong customer service, communication, and math skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively. Nights, weekends, and overtime may be required.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in B2B customer service preferred.
• Must be 18+ and have reliable transportation.
• Moderate computer skills including MS Word, Excel, internet, and email.
• Ability to read a tape measure.
• Overtime and weekend availability.

Aufgaben

• Support Branch Managers and Sales Reps in developing existing and prospective LGG Industrial customers.
• Provide sales quotes and process inquiries into the sales system.
• Quote customers using product knowledge.
• Help achieve budgeted Branch sales goals.
• Assist A/R with new accounts and collections follow-up.
• Coordinate with Sales Reps to keep account activities updated.
• Monitor delivery dates and expedite as needed.
• Manage customer inventory for sales order fulfillment.
• Provide technical/service support to account management and branch management.
• Assist production and inventory functions within the branch.
• Perform other duties as trained.
