You will identify needs, provide value-added solutions, and drive sales by focusing on acquisition, development, retention, and management of strategic accounts in the designated territory.

This full-time, non-exempt role emphasizes safety, accurate data, and CRM discipline.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales, service, or industrial distribution experience or a college degree in Industrial Distribution.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Willingness to travel within assigned territory and to work nights/weekends as required.

Responsabilités

• Maintain 100% commitment to safety policies and procedures.
• Promotes and sells company products, systems, and services to new and existing customers.
• Develops and manages a territory plan to exceed gross profit and sales targets.
• Builds and maintains strong relationships with customers and internal teams with onsite and virtual communication.
• Collaborates with internal partners to provide value-added solutions that drive profitable revenue.
• Optimizes CRM utilization for pipeline management and consistent call note activity.
