Job summary

LGG Industrial is seeking a Customer Sales and Service Representative for Corpus Christi, TX. This full-time, non-exempt role supports Branch Managers and Sales Representatives to grow existing and prospective LGG Industrial customers.

The position emphasizes safety, teamwork, and customer-focused service in a fast-paced industrial environment. You will process inquiries, quote customers, assist AR, and maintain strong relationships while ensuring on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year B2B customer service experience
• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required
• Must be 18 years or older
• Moderate computer skills including MS Word, Excel, internet and email
• Ability to perform basic math
• Ability to read a tape measure

Responsibilities

• Maintain 100% commitment to safety policies and procedures
• Provide quotes to customers in collaboration with Sales Representatives
• Process inquiries into the sales system
• Quote customers using product knowledge
• Help achieve budgeted Branch sales goals
• Assist A/R with new accounts and follow up on collections
• Coordinate with Sales and Branch management to keep accounts updated
• Monitor delivery dates and expedite as needed
• Monitor customer inventory for order fulfillment
• Build strong internal and external relationships
• Provide technical/service support to account management and customers
• Assist in Production and Inventory functions within the branch
• Perform other duties as trained and qualified for
