Job summary

LGG Industrial is seeking a Customer Sales and Service Representative in La Porte, TX. You will support branch managers and sales reps, handle inquiries, quotes, and account follow-ups, and maintain strong customer relationships in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 1+ year of B2B customer service, basic math skills, and proficiency with MS Word/Excel and ERP systems. On-site duties include occasional warehouse visits and safety adherence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year B2B customer service experience.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Proficient computer skills including MS Word, Excel, and email.
• Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
• Ability to work nights and weekends as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to branch managers and sales reps.
• Process inquiries and generate sales quotes.
• Assist AR with new accounts and collections follow-up.
• Monitor delivery dates and expedite as needed.
• Maintain accurate account activity and customer records.
• Support internal/external customers with technical/service queries.
