Qualifications

• Proficient with MS Office, internet, and email.

Responsibilities

• Maintain 100% commitment to safety policies and procedures.
• Answer phones and route inbound calls.
• Process portal billing for assigned customers.
• Close out CSSR quotes over 30 days or assigned period.
• Work with CSSRs on issuing credits, rebills, QCFE and RGAs.
• Handle expedited requests and provide order status updates to customers.
• Ensure district orders are billed in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with warehouse, operations, and vendors to ensure on-time shipping.
• Update order management and invoicing on relevant platforms.
• Provide support to customer service as needed.
