Job summary

LGG Industrial in Johnson City, TN, is seeking a Customer Sales and Service Representative to support Branch Managers and Sales Representatives in growing existing and prospective LGG Industrial customers and helping the branch meet its growth targets.

You will handle inquiries, prepare quotes, assist with accounts receivable, coordinate with sales and branch management to keep account activities updated, monitor delivery dates, and provide technical service support to customers and internal

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year Business to Business Customer Service Experience
High School Diploma or Equivalent required
Must be 18 years or older
Moderate computer skills including MS Word, Excel, internet and email
Ability to perform basic math and read a tape measure
Reliable transportation and ability to work nights and weekends as required

Responsibilities

Provide direct support to Branch Managers and Sales Representatives to develop existing and prospective LGG Industrial customers.
Process incoming inquiries into the sales system and create quotes.
Assist A/R with new accounts and collections follow-up.
Coordinate with Sales Reps and Branch management to keep account activities updated.
Monitor delivery date commitments and assist with inventory and order fulfillment.
Build and maintain internal and external relationships and provide technical/service support to accounts.
