Job summary

LGG INDUSTRIAL in Houston, TX seeks a Customer Service Support to interface with customers, vendors and internal teams. You will manage billing, quotes, order status, and credits while upholding safety and service standards.

This role is full-time and non-exempt, requiring strong communication and coordination with operations, sales and procurement. You will handle routine portal billing, respond to inquiries, and help keep order data accurate.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and prioritization abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office and basic math operations.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and route inquiries to the appropriate party.
• Process portal billing for assigned customers within districts.
• Close out CSSR quotes older than 30 days or specified period.
• Issue credits, rebills, QCFE’s and RGAs with CSSR guidance.
• Respond to order status inquiries and expedite requests from customers.
• Ensure timely invoicing for direct orders and maintain open order reports.
