CDM Smith is seeking an Industrial Client Service Leader to accelerate growth in the Industrial unit, identifying opportunities and winning projects across client markets. The role focuses on selling consulting, engineering, design-build and EPC services, building relationships, and coordinating with technical teams to deliver high-quality projects.

The position requires leading business development, engaging clients, and guiding account management for major industrial clients in the U.S.

Formación

• 12 years of related experience.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required.
• Equivalent additional directly related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.

Responsabilidades

• Lead business development for multiple major industrial clients in the U.S., including hi-tech facilities.
• Develop and maintain high-value relationships with industrial clients.
• Grow market share by partnering with senior project managers and technical specialists to deliver high-quality projects.
• Collaborate with CDM Smith's technology group to stay at the forefront of tools that improve project delivery.
• Implement short and long-term strategies contributing to growth and profitability.
