CDM Smith is seeking an Industrial Client Service Leader to drive our national strategy for expanding in the rapidly growing data center market. You will identify new opportunities, win work, build client relationships, and drive growth across the U.S.

in an integral role within our Industrial team. The ideal candidate has proven experience selling consulting, engineering, design-build and EPC projects for data centers, including power delivery, water systems, and civil/site works.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 12 years of related experience.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally; travel frequency contingent on duties.

Responsibilities

• Lead business development and client engagement for multiple major data center clients in the U.S.
• Develop and maintain high-value client relationships.
• Lead winning proposal efforts.
• Expand market share with senior PMs and technical specialists to deliver projects.
• Collaborate with technology group to leverage innovative tools for delivery.
• Implement strategies contributing to growth and profitability of CDM Smith.
