Qualifications

• At least 1 year of proven sales acumen.
• Success in meeting client conversion & sales targets.
• Previous experience in using activity targets to deliver results.
• History of qualifying, managing and maintaining a database.
• Proven record in negotiating pricing.
• Credibility in client facing positions.

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture relationships with new and current clients to understand needs and introduce staffing solutions.
• Hit and exceed sales targets, grow market share, and close profitable deals.
• Work with recruiting to ensure the right talent matches client needs.
• Be the main contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction and addressing questions.
• Manage client database, follow a sales process, and stay aligned with goals.
