Job summary

Bell and Howell is seeking a Customer Service Engineer in Ogden, UT. You will diagnose electrical, mechanical, software, and system faults on a range of industrial, robotic, and printing equipment.

This role requires hands-on field service, including electrical and mechanical tasks, with on-site and remote support capabilities. You will install, repair, and maintain equipment, schedule preventive maintenance, and liaise between customers and internal teams to minimize downtime and maximize

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with electronics/advanced mechanics/software training.
• Strong electronics and mechanical background with ability to troubleshoot software and hardware.
• Associate degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot and repair a variety of industrial equipment, including printing and packaging systems.
• Schedule and perform preventive maintenance inspections.
• Manage parts inventory and customer service calls.
• Foster positive customer relations and communicate effectively with customers.
• Act as liaison between the customer and other departments/functions of the company.
• May provide on-call support up to seven days per week for emergencies.
