Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 2-year electronics/advanced mechanics/software training; 1+ year related experience.
• Strong electronics and mechanical background; knowledge of computer programs and software troubleshooting.
• Ability to travel in the US/Canada for training and field work.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot and repair industrial printing and packaging equipment.
• Schedule and perform preventive maintenance.
• Manage parts inventory and customer service calls.
• Communicate effectively with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Be available for on-call emergency support as required.
