Job summary

Bell and Howell is seeking a Customer Service Engineer to diagnose and repair a range of industrial, robotic, and printing equipment. You will apply electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills, support customers, and help minimize downtime across North America.

The role requires hands-on hardware/software knowledge, ability to travel for field service, and strong communication to liaise with multiple departments within the company.

Qualifications

• 2-year degree or diploma in electronics/advanced mechanics/software training.
• 1+ years related industry/equipment experience.
• Hands-on electrical and mechanical troubleshooting experience.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot and repair industrial products including printing and packaging equipment and robotics.
• Schedule and perform regular predictive/preventive maintenance inspections.
• Manage parts inventory and customer service calls.
• Foster positive customer relations and effective communication.
• Provide on-call support up to 24/7 for emergency service.
