Talent With Heart is seeking an Account Executive to win new business in the industrial AI and supply chain tech space. You will hunt for opportunities, build relationships with procurement and operations leaders, and present AI-driven solutions that transform manufacturing processes.

You'll collaborate with executives and technical teams on demonstrations, proposals, and closing deals, while shaping sales strategy and messaging as the company scales.

Qualifications

• Proven success in acquiring new business and meeting sales targets.
• Experience selling to manufacturing, industrial, procurement, or supply chain sectors.
• Ability to navigate complex sales cycles with stakeholders.
• Self-motivated entrepreneur with pipeline-building prowess.
• Experience selling SaaS or AI/ERP/procurement tech is a plus.
