Talent Solutions Partners is seeking an Account Executive to drive new business in industrial AI and supply chain technology. You'll hunt opportunities, build executive relationships, and lead consultative discussions to demonstrate the value of innovative AI solutions.

You will work closely with leadership, shape sales strategy, and help grow the company's next phase of growth in manufacturing and procurement sectors.

Qualifications

• Proven B2B sales success with a hunter approach.
• Experience selling into manufacturing, industrial, procurement, or supply chain.
• Experience selling SaaS, AI, ERP, procurement technology, or industrial solutions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and win new business within industrial and manufacturing organizations.
• Build relationships with procurement, sourcing, supply chain, and operations decision-makers.
• Lead consultative sales conversations, uncover business challenges, and demonstrate AI solutions.
• Collaborate with executive leadership and technical teams on demonstrations, proposals, and closings.
• Help refine sales strategies, messaging, and processes as the company expands.
