Job summary
Your Talent Team is seeking an Account Executive for an Industrial AI & Supply Chain tech platform. This role targets new business within manufacturing and industrial sectors, engaging procurement and operations leaders to demonstrate value and close deals.
You will work directly with executive leadership to shape sales strategy and contribute to growing a next-generation AI solutions business in the supply chain space.
Qualifications
- Proven B2B sales success with a focus on new business development (hunter).
- Experience selling into manufacturing, industrial, procurement, or supply chain organizations.
- Strong consultative selling skills and ability to navigate complex sales cycles.
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and able to build pipeline and close deals.
- Experience selling SaaS, AI, ERP, procurement tech, or industrial solutions is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and win new business within industrial and manufacturing organizations.
- Build relationships with procurement, sourcing, supply chain, and operations decision-makers.
- Lead consultative sales conversations, uncover business challenges, and demonstrate the value of innovative AI solutions.
- Collaborate with executive leadership and technical teams on demonstrations, proposals, and closing opportunities.
- Help refine sales strategies, messaging, and processes as the company expands.
