Job summary

Snap-on Sales Representative is a field sales role serving industrial corporations. You will understand customer needs, present Snap-on solutions on-site or in the field, and build durable relationships with decision-makers to drive revenue across assigned territories.

The position offers base expense reimbursement, commissions, and bonus opportunities, with total compensation typically ranging from $65,000 to $100,000 depending on territory and performance.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of outside sales experience.
• Proven track record of goal achievement in sales.
• Bachelor or Associate degree preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Work with business partners to understand needs and develop Snap-on solutions.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
• Present solutions on the shop floor or in the field.
• Maintain a Customer Contact and Activity Database for assigned accounts.
• Review activities quarterly with Team Leader or Sales Manager and strategize growth.
