Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales, service, and/or industrial distribution experience or a college degree in Industrial Distribution or related degree program
• Must have valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
• Ability to travel within assigned territory, overnight travel
• Background checks and drug screening may be required
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Product knowledge in hose, gasket and conveyor systems a plus

Responsibilities

• Promotes and sells company products, systems, and services to new and existing customers
• Develops and manages a strategic and comprehensive territory plan to exceed targets for gross profit and sales
• Builds and maintains strong relationships with new sales prospects, existing customers, and internal support personnel
• Collaborates with internal business partners to provide value added solutions that make a material impact for our customers
• Provides consistent communication with customers including business reviews, order status, pricing, and on-time delivery
