Job summary

Sky Zone is seeking a Park Team Lead to support the park's management by providing on-the-spot leadership and coordinating across departments. You will delegate shifts, assist in various areas, and help drive membership sales while delivering memorable guest experiences.

The role requires 18+, 1 year in a high-volume customer service setting, the ability to stand for long periods, lift 20 pounds, and reliability. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is expected.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates leadership and initiative through formal or informal roles.
• Minimum 1 year of work experience in a high-volume customer service setting such as retail, restaurant, fitness, or recreation.
• Retail sales and/or amusement park or entertainment experience is a plus.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift at least 20 pounds.
• Basic proficiency with MS Office, Teams, and POS systems.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Reliable, coachable, self-motivated, and organized.

Responsibilities

• Provide delegation to team members so shifts run smoothly across departments.
• Offer hands-on support by assisting in various departments as needed.
• Execute membership sales at the front desk and identify sales opportunities in the park.
• Help enforce park safety policies and educate team members on guest safety.
• Maintain a clean environment and perform janitorial duties during shifts.
• Complete incident reports from the shift.
• Assist with opening or closing park procedures.
• Ensure all daily shift duties are completed before leaving.
