HDR, Inc. is seeking an Indiana BES Program Lead to guide the Building Engineering Services team in Indianapolis, overseeing project delivery, forecasting, recruitment and staff development. The role emphasizes profitability, morale, and quality control within a growing practice.

You will partner with the BES Business Group Manager on strategic planning, client growth and employee development across market sectors, while maintaining HDR values and an active employee-owned culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a professional, architecture, engineering or related field.
• 10 years of experience.
• Professional or engineering registration and related technical experience.
• Experience in development and management of diverse teams.
• Commitment to HDR values and quality.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership of the BES team in Indianapolis, including project delivery, forecasting, recruiting, staff development, profitability, morale, and quality control.
• Oversee and coordinate project delivery and resource forecasting.
• Collaborate with BES Business Group Manager on strategic planning and client development.
• Manage daily operations: project oversight, reviews, quality control, financials, recruiting, mentoring.
• Mentor leadership team and staff; support hiring through managers.
• Engage with market sector leaders and project delivery teams.
