Job summary

HDR, Inc. seeks a Central Texas Building Engineering Services Project Delivery Leader to guide project delivery across the BG and report to the Central Texas BES Business Group Manager.

You will promote consistent PM processes, QA/QC, and mentorship of staff while supporting recruitment and retention efforts for the program. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, plus a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
• At least 5 years of project management experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Proven ability to interact with design teams and manage cross-functional work.

Responsibilities

• Promote, monitor, and develop project management skills and best practices for BES staff across the Area.
• Provide project management team organization and leadership for projects across the BG.
• Monitor QC Review activities and assign experienced reviewers.
• Lead continuous improvement of Project Management including standards and lessons learned.
• Lead QA/QC program activities to drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with BG operations, market leadership, and Professional Services Leaders.
• Perform delegated MOA responsibilities from BGM.
• Coordinate business processes with the Area, policy, and MOA to streamline operations.
• Assist with daily operations, such as project oversight, reviews, and driving profitability at the project level.
• Develop and implement standard project delivery practices, procedures, and approaches.
• Participate in project reviews and support teams with claims management.
