Job summary

HDR is seeking a North America Project Controls Lead to guide the BES organization in managing scope, schedule, and cost across major data center, hotel, and finance projects. You will develop control plans, mentor staff, and implement best practices with a focus on quality and efficiency.

You will collaborate with regional leaders, drive standardization, and report program performance to HDR's teams and clients. A strong background in scheduling, cost control, and PMIS is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or closely related field.
• Professional registration (PE) or eligibility.
• 10+ years in project controls on BES/infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor project controls staff across multiple locations.
• Develop and implement project controls plans, templates, and KPIs.
• Coordinate schedule, cost, and change management with program teams.
• Provide performance summaries to HDR and clients.
• Support pursuits, proposals, and onboarding for staff.
• Drive continuous improvement and knowledge sharing across BES.
