Job summary

HDR, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Controls Lead to drive project controls across its Building Engineering Services portfolio. You will lead a team, establish cost/schedule plans, and report program performance to HDR and clients.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in project controls for BES infrastructure, strong leadership, and proficiency with MS Projects, Primavera P6, and PMIS tools. Extensive collaboration with program managers and clients is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Engineering Management, Accounting, Business Administration, or closely related field.
• 10+ years in project controls leadership for BES infrastructure projects with large contract values.
• Ability to manage proposals, contracts, client relationships and win strategy for large EPC projects.
• Strong decision-making, communication, leadership, and multitasking skills.
• Experience with scheduling, cost control, and project reporting.
• Familiarity with PMIS tools and scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Lead project controls across multiple BES projects and programs.
• Direct a team of project controls and document controls specialists.
• Develop project control plans, cost and schedule management plans, and KPIs.
• Collaborate with program managers and clients to tailor control frameworks.
• Provide comprehensive performance summaries to HDR and clients.
• Mentor staff and share knowledge across BES and regions.
