You will develop business plans, coordinate with HDR’s regional directors, and ensure high-quality deliverables while integrating HDR’s employee-owned culture and values across the group.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering or closely related field required.
• Minimum of 10 years experience.
• Professional or engineering registration maintained and related technical experience.
• Demonstrated experience leading diverse teams.
• Committed to quality, improvement and HDR values.
• Active involvement in professional associations to enhance HDR expertise and brand.
• Ability to collaborate with regional/local managers and directors across HDR.
• Positive participation in HDR employee-owned culture is a must.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and grow HDR's Building Engineering Services Area Business Group in Michigan.
• Develop and implement growth strategies to build the BES project delivery team.
• Oversee delivery of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, lighting, site civil, structural and related design services.
• Coordinate with other HDR regions and business groups to share staff and resources.
• Prepare annual revenue forecasts and budgets and monitor performance.
• Pursue strategic client and project opportunities and help win projects matching staff goals.
