Job summary

HDR is seeking a Resident Project Representative II to join our Building Engineering Services team in Indiana, including Monrovia, Bloomington, and Terre Haute locations. You will manage field activities, ensure documentation accuracy, and support project delivery from startup through closeout.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of multidisciplinary construction experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Primavera, with travel as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Technology, or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years progressive construction experience on multidisciplinary projects.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specs.
• Strong communication skills and teamwork.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Primavera (or related packages).
• Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret drawings and specs; spot conflicts.
• Maintain daily records of contractor activities, labor and materials.
• Review materials for contract compliance.
• Track quantities and develop pay estimates.
• Attend and chair progress meetings.
• Observe installation and testing of equipment and systems.
• Identify nonconforming work and develop punch lists.
• Assist with project audit/closeout.
