Allegiant Business Group is hiring an Insurance Sales Representative for a full-time independent contractor role in direct sales within your local territory. You’ll meet business owners and employees in person, explain benefit options, and guide enrollment decisions.

You’ll receive structured onboarding, mentorship, and licensing support for Health & Life. The role offers a flexible schedule, commission-based earnings with base draw, and opportunities to expand your book of business.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, customer service, business development, or leadership roles.
• Thrive in face-to-face, relationship-focused environments.
• Organized, self-motivated, and reliable.

• Clear communication and trust-building.
• Have reliable transportation and can travel locally.
• Willing to obtain Health & Life license within 90 days (support provided).

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with small and mid-sized business clients.
• Conduct in-person benefit presentations for employees and leadership teams.
• Recommend supplemental insurance solutions tailored to client needs.
• Support enrollment, follow-up, and claims-related questions.
• Maintain accurate client and activity records using Salesforce CRM.
• Expand your territory through referrals, networking, and scheduled appointments.
• Collaborate with leadership to set weekly and long-term goals.
• Track and report activity while managing an assigned territory.
