Allegiant Business Group is seeking an Insurance Sales Representative for a full-time, independent contractor role in direct sales. You will meet with local business owners and staff to explain supplemental insurance options, manage enrollments, and build lasting client relationships within your territory.

You’ll receive structured training, mentorship, and leadership support while independently growing your book of business.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in sales, customer service, business development, or leadership roles.
• Ability to work face-to-face with business owners and employees.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Willingness to obtain Health & Life license within 90 days with company support.

Aufgaben

• Develop and maintain relationships with small and mid-sized business clients.
• Conduct in-person benefit presentations for employees and leadership teams.
• Recommend supplemental insurance solutions tailored to client needs.
• Support enrollment, follow-up, and claims-related questions.
• Maintain accurate client and activity records using Salesforce CRM.
• Expand territory through referrals, networking, and scheduled appointments.
• Collaborate with leadership to set weekly and long-term goals.
• Track and report activity while managing an assigned territory.
