Allegiant Business Group is seeking an Insurance Sales Representative to drive direct, face-to-face sales of supplemental insurance within a local Texas territory. The role offers independence as an independent contractor with structured training, mentorship, and leadership support to help you grow a sustainable business.

You will meet with business owners and employees, present benefits, and guide enrollment decisions while building lasting client relationships and a record of success.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, customer service, business development or leadership roles.
• Thrive in face-to-face, relationship-focused environments.
• Organized, self-motivated, and reliable.
• Value collaboration, mentorship and professional growth.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.
• Willing to obtain Health & Life license within 90 days (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with small and mid-sized business clients.
• Conduct in-person benefit presentations for employees and leadership teams.
• Recommend supplemental insurance solutions tailored to client needs.
• Support enrollment, follow-up, and claims-related questions.
• Maintain accurate client and activity records using Salesforce CRM.
• Expand your territory through referrals, networking, and scheduled appointments.
• Collaborate with leadership to set weekly and long-term goals.
• Track and report activity while managing an assigned territory.
