The role is a full-time independent contractor position, offering commission-based compensation with a weekly base draw and the potential to earn $70,000–$90,000 annually. Training, mentorship, and leadership support are provided to help you build your business within a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, customer service, business development, or leadership roles.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to obtain Health & Life license within 90 days (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with small and mid-sized business clients.
• Conduct in-person benefit presentations for employees and leadership teams.
• Recommend supplemental insurance solutions tailored to client needs.
• Support enrollment, follow-up, and claims-related questions.
• Maintain accurate client and activity records using Salesforce CRM.
• Expand your territory through referrals, networking, and scheduled appointments.
• Collaborate with leadership to set weekly and long-term goals.
• Track and report activity while managing an assigned territory.
