Allegiant Business Group is hiring an Insurance Sales Representative to drive direct sales in your local Texas territory. This full-time independent contractor role focuses on consultative selling, relationship management, and ongoing client support for supplemental insurance solutions.

You will meet business owners and employees face-to-face, present benefits, enroll clients, and manage records in Salesforce CRM.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, customer service, business development, or leadership roles.
• Thrive in face-to-face, relationship-focused environments.
• Organized, self-motivated, and reliable.
• Willing to obtain Health & Life license within 90 days with training support.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with small and mid-sized business clients
• Conduct in-person benefit presentations for employees and leadership
• Recommend supplemental insurance solutions tailored to client needs
• Support enrollment, follow-up, and claims inquiries
• Maintain accurate client and activity records using Salesforce CRM
• Expand your territory through referrals, networking, and scheduled appointments
• Collaborate with leadership to set weekly and long-term goals
• Track and report activity while managing an assigned territory
