Job summary

Allegiant Business Group in Texas is hiring an Insurance Sales Representative to drive direct, in-person sales of supplemental insurance to local businesses. This full-time independent contractor role focuses on consultative selling, relationship management, and enrollment guidance within your territory.

You will meet with business owners and employees, present benefits, and tailor solutions while leveraging structured training, mentorship, and leadership support.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B direct sales or related roles.
• Ability to build relationships with business owners.
• Willingness to obtain Health & Life license within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with small and mid-sized business clients.
• Conduct in-person benefit presentations for employees and leadership teams.
• Recommend supplemental insurance solutions tailored to client needs.
• Support enrollment, follow-up, and claims-related questions.
• Maintain accurate client records using Salesforce CRM.
• Expand territory through referrals, networking, and scheduled appointments.
• Collaborate with leadership to set weekly and long-term goals.
• Track and report activity within assigned territory.
