West Coast Wound & Skin Care is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist Assistant to provide home-based PT services in the Tucson, AZ region. You will work under a licensed Physical Therapist, implementing plans of care and educating patients and caregivers on exercises and safety.

The ideal candidate travels to patients' homes, maintains thorough documentation, and communicates patient progress to the supervising PT. This is a 1099 independent contractor role with flexible scheduling and autonomy.

Competenze

• Current and valid Physical Therapist Assistant license in good standing.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, kinesiology, biomechanics, rehabilitation principles.

Mansioni

• Provide skilled physical therapy interventions under the supervising PT's plan of care.
• Travel to patients' homes and deliver sessions in the designated service area.
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, safety, fall prevention, and home programs.
• Document treatment notes daily and track patient progress.
• Monitor response to treatment and communicate changes to the supervising PT.
