Job summary
West Coast Wound seeks a skilled Physical Therapist Assistant to deliver high-quality home-based physical therapy under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist in the Southern LA region. The PTA will work independently within the scope of practice, provide interventions, monitor progress, reinforce home exercise programs, and educate patients and caregivers on mobility, safety, and independence.

Qualifications
- Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in good standing.
- Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
- Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and rehabilitation principles.
- Ability to implement a Physical Therapist's plan of care.
- Strong communication and patient education skills.
Responsibilities
- Travel to patients' homes to provide PTA services under PT supervision.
- Review and follow established plans of care and goals.
- Deliver guided therapeutic exercises and neuromuscular re-education.
- Educate patients and caregivers on home exercises and safety.
- Document treatment sessions and patient progress.
