Job summary

Dinges Fire Company seeks a results-driven sales professional to plan and carry out all sales activities on assigned accounts or areas within the fire service market. You will build relationships with Fire and EMT decision-makers in designated territory, delivering presentations and negotiating while ensuring customer satisfaction and service quality.

As a 1099 independent contractor, you earn commissions with unlimited potential; the role can be full-time income or a strong part-time second

Qualifications

• Knowledge of fire service equipment and tools.
• Knowledge of basic computer applications.
• Knowledge of customer service principles.
• Knowledge of basic business principles.

Responsibilities

• prepare sales action plans and strategies
• schedule sales activity
• make sales calls to new and existing customers
• develop and make presentations of company products and services to current and potential clients
• negotiating with clients
• develop sales proposals
• respond to sales inquiries and concerns by phone, electronically or in person
• ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships
• follow up on sales activity
• monitor and report on sales activities and follow up for management
• participate in sales events and training
